In 1997, Hollywood-Crawford was the first company in Texas to become accredited by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) and is still currently the only overhead garage door dealer in San Antonio to be IDEA accredited.  IDEA is the only industry accreditation that is supported by the industry's two major organizations, the International Door Association (IDA) and the Door & Access Systems Manufacturers' Association (DASMA).  IDEA accredited companies had to pass a series of exams and are required to maintain continuing education to help them be the best overhead garage door dealers possible. 

All of our technicians are Hollywood-Crawford employees, not subcontractors. They have passed a drug test and an extensive background check for your piece of mind and safety.  Our technicians are trained to uphold high standards to ensure our customers' happiness, safety, and quality of their work. Our service technicians and installers know that they are guests at our customers' homes and will respect that trust. They will not leave a mess and as trained professionals, they will immediately address any safety issues they discover in the course of their work.

We conduct ourselves with honesty and integrity. Hollywood-Crawford and its technicians will not try to sell you a product or service that you do not need. Many of our customers have received proposals from other overhead garage door installation companies recommending replacement of an entire door or operator when only one part of the system was actually bad. We stock a wide variety of parts, and our technicians can determine whether replacement or repair is the best option for the customer.
