In 1997, Hollywood-Crawford was the first company in Texas to become accredited by the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) and is still currently the only overhead garage door dealer in San Antonio to be IDEA accredited.  IDEA is the only industry accreditation that is supported by the industry's two major organizations, the International Door Association (IDA) and the Door & Access Systems Manufacturers' Association (DASMA).  IDEA accredited companies had to pass a series of exams and are required to maintain continuing education to help them be the best overhead garage door dealers possible. 

Hollywood-Crawford is a charter member of the International Door Association (IDA), an international organization of overhead garage door dealers and suppliers. Being a member of the International Door Association provides HollywoodCrawford additional resources to be technically proficient, managerially sound, and more professional in customer relations than other garage door dealers who choose not to be a member.  We also agree to abide by the IDA's Code of Business Conduct.
