This door is constructed with an insulated wood frame with 5/8” T1-111 exterior grade grooved plywood (4” on center grooves) with clear cedar overlay to make the design and have a smooth plywood interior.  These doors are primed and some of these doors were previously installed for a short period of time but are still in very good condition.  The price includes heavy-duty tracks and hardware and standard installation in the San Antonio area and tax.  If an old garage door has to be taken down and removed then please add $60.00.  These doors are available on a first come, first serve basis.  These doors do require at least a ½ h.p. garage door opener.  Garage door openers designed to operate these doors start at $335.00 installed, tax included.
